Shipping & Local Home Delivery

Our normal order processing range from 1-3 business but at this time it’s 7-10 business days. This delay is expected through September 3, 2021 as we transition to our larger facility and train new staff. We make every effort to maintain a steady flow of shipping. We use UPS and USPS to ship orders. Items that contain Shea Butter based products are packed with cooling packs and cool shield envelopes from May until October. Please track these items carefully to ensure they are not left for extended periods in the heat after delivery.

Confirmation shipping information is sent to your account email or via text. Please ensure you have correctly input your contact details at checkout to receive updates. If you used PayPal, please check the email associated with your PayPal account for order confirmation and updates. Please contact your local carriers with questions regarding missing packages as some packages are reported delivered but the carrier delivers the following day. If you have contacted your local station and your package has not been located please file a claim for reimbursement from the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders returned by carrier due to insufficient address or incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping cost and $10 restocking fee.
