Our order processing is delayed due to rapid increase in order volume and COVID-19 safety requirements for staffing. We thank you for your support and ask for your patience. We currently have a 5-10 day processing period for orders. If you require rush processing for special gifts please add to order and pay $5 rush processing fee to expedite processing.
We're excited to announce that our storefront is now open for curbside pickup. We are taking every precaution to keep our customers and employees safe during this new development. Our team is wearing mask and using alcohol based hand sanitizer between interaction with customers. We have increased our sanitation and disinfecting protocol. We are also offering personal shopping appointments. You are welcome to schedule an appointment free of charge to shop our inventory with an enjoyable one on one shopping experience.
As our company responds to COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority. We have closed our physical storefront at this time while we help flatten the COVID-19 curve. As a family we will continue to deliver superior services and take every precaution including frequent sanitation of our making and shipping stations. We have also restricted our space only to Kevin and Kela; no other personnel/visitors are allowed on the premises. Our employees are supporting our team by answering emails, inboxes, and taking over all social media contact.
Fortunately we have our website and it will remain functional for all online shopping. We are shipping 95% of orders in 1-2 business days. Any foreseen delays will be communicated at the time of purchase.
