Custom Order Request

Thank you for your interest in our custom order.  At Organically Bath & Beauty, we are pleased to accommodate custom orders with a minimum spend of $100. We understand that personalized products can be a unique and meaningful gift or a way to cater to specific preferences. 

To place a custom order, please follow these steps:

1. Reach out to our customer service team: Contact our customer service team via the contact for below to discuss your custom order requirements. Provide details such as product type, quantity, specific ingredients (if applicable), timeline requirements and any other relevant specifications. 

2. Consultation and Quote: Our team will work closely with you to understand your needs and provide a personalized consultation. Based on the consultation, we will provide a quote for your custom order, taking into consideration the complexity, materials, and labor involved. The minimum spend requirement of $100 will be applied for each scent/style.

3. Approval and Payment: If you are satisfied with the quote, we will proceed with the custom order. Payment for the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be required upfront. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. 

4. Production and Delivery: Once payment is received, our skilled artisans will begin crafting your custom order. The production time will depend on the complexity and quantity of the order. We will provide an estimated timeline for completion and delivery. 

5. Quality Check and Packaging: Before shipping, our quality control team will inspect each item to ensure it meets our rigorous standards. Your custom order will be carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transportation.

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and will address any concerns or issues promptly.
